The main Roseville consulting rooms fronts onto Pacific Highway at Roseville. Conveniently located across from Roseville railway station and bus stop. Parking is also available on site (with prior arrangement) or in several other locations listed on the interactive map provided here - click to view.

The Dee Why rooms are located on level 1 of the Commercial Tower of Dee Why Grand. Please park on the 2nd underground car park level to gain access to the Commercial Tower. Parking on the first level will only allow access to the Shopping Centre from which one cannot access the Commercial Tower.

Patients with urgent referrals can be assessed within 48 hours.

We are not a 'bulk-billing' practice. You will be required to pay for your consultation on the day. Initial consultations are charged at $250 and you will receive $80.85 back from Medicare. Subsequent consultations are $170 and you will receive $40.65 back from Medicare. Fees for all surgical procedures will be advised at the time of booking. The are no additional charges for public hospital procedures.

Dr Noushi has public hospital appointments and able to offer you surgical treatment at no cost in the public hospital system.

Consultations are by appointment only.

Please bring the following with you:

• GP referral
• All-recent imaging (eg: x-ray, mammogram, ultrasound, CT etc) and any biopsy or blood test results.
• Medicare Card and Health Fund details
• List of all your medications

If you cannot understand or speak English and require a translator, please inform us to arrange this.
